WE'RE HIRING - TEAM LEADER Location: Cranswick HU7 Shift: Afternoon Shift - 3:00pm to 11:30pm Pay Rate: £16.48 per hour Are you an experienced Team Leader looking for your next opportunity? Join our team at Cranswick HU7 and play an important role in leading a production team while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and support a production team to achieve daily targets * Ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards * Promote and maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, GMP, and health & safety * Monitor productivity, staffing levels, and production performance * Train, coach, and support team members to develop their skills * Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records * Report production, quality, and equipment issues promptly * Work closely with QA and other departments to support continuous improvement Requirements: * Previous Team Leader experience within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment is essential * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills * Ability to motivate and support a team in a fast-paced environment * Good understanding of food safety, GMP, quality, and health & safety standards * Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping What we offer: * £16.48 per hour * Fixed afternoon shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm) * Career development opportunities * Supportive team environment How to Apply: Click "Apply Now" Immediate Starts Available Start your career with one of the UK's top food producers - apply today
