M&E Construction Manager

M&E Construction Manager – Major Project Bristol Up to £95,000 + Package MEP Technical Talent are currently recruiting for an experienced M&E Construction Manager to join an international engineering contractor delivering a landmark construction project in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major development and play a key role in the successful delivery of a complex mechanical and electrical package. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the M&E construction team, overseeing engineering activities and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards. Responsibilities: * Manage delivery of large-scale mechanical and electrical packages * Lead project engineers, supervisors and subcontractor teams * Coordinate installation, technical design, BIM and commissioning activities * Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions * Manage project programme, quality, cost and delivery requirements * Liaise with clients, consultants and supply chain partners * Identify and resolve technical and construction issues * Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality procedures Requirements: * Mechanical or Electrical Building Services background * Experience delivering major commercial / industrial projects * Previous M&E Construction Manager, Project Manager or Building Services Manager experience * Strong leadership and coordination ability * Experience with BIM / Revit / Navisworks advantageous
