Site Manager 📍 Glasgow & West of Scotland 💷 Up to £55,000 + Package 🕒 Permanent Position We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager on behalf of a well-established roofing and cladding contractor delivering projects across Glasgow and the West of Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work across commercial and industrial projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing roofing and cladding packages from site setup through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The Role * Managing roofing and cladding projects across multiple sites * Coordinating subcontractors and site teams * Ensuring health & safety compliance across all works * Monitoring programme deadlines and project progress * Conducting quality inspections and snagging * Managing site documentation including RAMS, permits, and daily reports * Liaising with clients, contracts managers, and suppliers * Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site presentation Requirements * Previous experience managing roofing & cladding projects * Strong knowledge of external envelope systems * Valid SMSTS * CSCS Card * First Aid certification * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment What’s On Offer * Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience * Company package included * Permanent, long-term opportunity * Strong pipeline of secured work across the West of Scotland * Supportive and established management team For more information or to apply, please submit your CV for a confidential discussion. 🏗️ Ideal for a Site Manager who can keep programmes moving, subcontractors behaving, and Scottish weather-related optimism at survivable levels
