The Role As an English Teacher, you will: * Deliver engaging and well-planned English Language and English Literature lessons to KS3 and KS4 students. * Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students are encouraged to achieve their potential. * Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic development. * Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high-quality English curriculum. * Maintain excellent classroom management and high expectations for behaviour and learning. The Ideal Candidate To be considered for this role, you will have: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. * Experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4. * Strong classroom management and communication skills. * A passion for English and a commitment to raising student attainment. * An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
