Higher Learning Teaching Assistant Specialist SEMH School Oakham (LE15) £100-£125 per day Long-Term to Permanent September 2026 Start 8.30am - 16.30pm Long Term Futures are working in partnership with a SEMH School to appoint a Therapeutic Teaching Assistant (HLTA Responsibilities) to join their specialist team from September 2026. The school is an independent therapeutic day and boarding school supporting learners aged 5-19 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism, and complex learning profiles. The successful candidate will provide both classroom and pastoral support while taking on Higher Level Teaching Assistant responsibilities, including covering lessons and leading interventions when required.
