EYFS Teaching Assistant (Full-Time) Location: CF3, Cardiff Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full-Time Pay: Competitive weekly pay through Teaching Personnel Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to work full-time in a welcoming two-form entry primary school in the CF3 area of Cardiff starting in September. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys supporting young learners at the beginning of their educational journey and is looking to join a supportive and experienced Early Years team. The Role: Supporting pupils within the EYFS classroom. Assisting the class teacher with engaging and creative learning activities. Working with small groups and individual children to support their development. Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting a nurturing learning environment. Supporting children's social, emotional, and academic development. The Ideal Candidate: Has experience working with children, ideally within an EYFS setting. Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic. Has strong communication and teamwork skills. Is committed to helping every child reach their potential. Holds a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
