Care Coordinator – Domiciliary Care Location: Manchester Salary: £29,000–£31,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications) + Bonus Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Care First Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established domiciliary care provider in Manchester for an experienced Care Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least one year's experience coordinating within domiciliary care who is organised, proactive, and confident managing rotas in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone with a good understanding of CQC standards who can support the delivery of high-quality care services. The Role As Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Managing staff rotas and care schedules efficiently Coordinating care visits to ensure continuity of care Supporting care staff with day-to-day operational requirements Liaising with service users, families, and healthcare professionals Carrying out field-based duties, including spot checks and support visits Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies Participating in the on-call rota Essential Requirements Minimum 1 year's experience as a Care Coordinator within domiciliary care Strong rostering and scheduling experience Good knowledge of CQC standards and compliance Excellent organisational and time management skills A positive, proactive, and professional approach NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health & Social Care is desirable Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Currently living in the Manchester area Right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship or visa transfer Please note: This position is not suitable for candidates whose experience is solely within care homes or nursing homes.
