• Behaviour mentor required in Brentford supporting students aged 11-16 with SEN needs.

• Behaviour mentor role: 8:30am-4:30pm in Brentford.

• Pay: £120-£150 per day

Role responsibilities:

• Behaviour mentor allocated to one child with SEN needs (1:1 support)
\n
• Behaviour mentor to build trust, consistency, and positive routines
\n
• Behaviour mentor to support emotional regulation and behaviour management
\n
• Behaviour mentor to encourage engagement in education and personal development
\n
• Behaviour mentor to act as a positive role model
\n

• Community settings including youth centres, local libraries, community centres, and the child's home
\n
