School Cleaner

Position: School CleanerLocation: Menston, LeedsHours: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm to 6:00pm (15 hours per week)Pay Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking School Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment within a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, toilets, and communal areas.
\n
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
\n
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
\n
• Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained at all times.
\n
• Following health and safety procedures and school policies.
\n

Essential Requirements:

\n
• Previous cleaning experience, preferably within a school, commercial, or similar environment.
\n
• Full UK driving licence.
\n
• Access to a reliable vehicle.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
\n
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
\n

Safeguarding:

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check. The successful applicant must be able to pass all relevant safeguarding and background checks in line with school requirements.
