- Coordinating soft FM services including cleaning, reception, waste, washrooms, pest control and vending \n
- Managing suppliers and contractors to ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met \n
- Handling facilities requests through internal systems and driving them through to resolution \n
- Supporting compliance across health & safety, fire safety, first aid and business continuity \n
- Managing stock, stationery, storage and shared equipment across the building \n
- Assisting with budget tracking, quotes, approvals and service improvements \n

- Proven experience in a Facilities Management role \n
- Proven supplier/contractor management and performance monitoring experience \n
- Strong knowledge of FM standards, legislation, health & safety compliance, including experience reviewing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) \n
- Demonstrated customer service and stakeholder management skills (corporate environment) \n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, service lines, and deadlines effectively \n

- Extensive experience in a Facilities Management Role \n
- Supervisory experience of team of at least two staff \n
