IT Event Manager (DV Cleared)

Corsham (On-Site) £550 per day (Contract to December 2026)

We are seeking an experienced IT Event Manager to support a secure, customer-facing operational network within a highly collaborative environment.

The Role

You will take ownership of event monitoring and incident management across live infrastructure, working closely with both internal teams and customer stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor IT infrastructure and manage alerts, events, and incidents
\n
• Escalate and coordinate with resolver groups and service desks
\n
• Configure and optimise event monitoring tools and dashboards
\n
• Support continuous improvement of event management processes and best practice
\n
• Contribute to detection, correlation, and response strategies
\n

About You

\n
• Strong experience in ITIL Event Management / Incident Management
\n
• SME-level knowledge of monitoring tools such as:SolarWinds, SCOM, BMC TrueSight, WhatsUp Gold, Tanium, Tripwire
\n
• Comfortable working on-site within secure environments
\n
• Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate with autonomy
