Senior Project Manager

We are now seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a principal contractor within their Facades & Cladding division to initially lead a £30m project in Wembley.

Reporting into the Operations Director, this is a senior delivery role at the heart the business. As a leading Manager, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of facade remediation project, initially a large remedial £30m project in Wembley.

You will be the primary point of contact for clients across projects, building trusted long-term relationships while leading your site teams and supply chain to deliver outstanding results. You will be accountable for health & safety, programme, quality, subcontractor management and project P&L.

Salary: £95,000 - £110,000

Location: Initial project Wembley, further projects will be across London. Office is based Southeast London

• You will hold strong technical knowledge of façade systems and fire remediation, including rainscreen cladding, render, brickwork, fire barriers and associated fire remediation works.

• Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager delivering facade remediation, re-cladding or building envelope projects as a principal contractor.
\n
• Solid understanding of CDM Regulations and health & safety obligations at principal contractor level.
\n
• Commercial awareness to liaise and work alongside other departments and ensure smooth delivery within the budget and owning project P&L
\n
• Excellent communication skills — written and verbal — with the confidence to lead client meetings and manage difficult conversations professionally.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and in-house teams.
\n
• Competent in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications and contract documents.
\n
• Understanding of JCT and/or NEC contract forms.
\n
• SMSTS, CSCS (black card or equivalent), and a valid First Aid certificate.
\n
• Full UK driving licence.
\n
