IAM Engineer - One Identity IGA & Active Roles Server

We are currently seeking an experienced IAM Engineer with strong expertise in One Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Active Roles Server (ARS) to join an exciting enterprise project. This is a hands-on technical role focused on delivering and enhancing identity governance, access management, and Active Directory administration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support One Identity IGA and Active Roles Server (ARS) solutions.

Configure and maintain identity lifecycle processes, including joiner, mover, and leaver workflows.

Develop and support access request workflows, access certifications, provisioning, and role management.

Automate and manage Active Directory administration using Active Roles Server.

Troubleshoot platform, connector, and provisioning issues across enterprise applications.

Work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver IAM initiatives.

Support governance, audit, compliance, and access review activities.

Required Skills & Experience

8–10+ years' experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).

Strong hands-on experience with One Identity Manager / Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).

Proven expertise with Active Roles Server (ARS) and Active Directory.

Experience implementing RBAC, provisioning, identity lifecycle management, and access reviews.

Strong knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, PowerShell, SQL, and identity governance principles.

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.

Desirable Skills

Experience working within hybrid environments.

Knowledge of Microsoft Azure / Entra ID integrations.

Experience delivering enterprise-scale IAM implementations.

Contract Details

Start: 13th July 2026

Initial Contract: Until 2nd October 2026

Extension: Potential to extend up to 6 months based on project requirements and performance.

Location: Fully Remote (UK)
