Project Manager

Location: GlasgowContract: Inside IR35 Clearance: Active SC Clearance required (or higher)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a major programme delivering critical technology projects within a secure environment.

This role will see you managing multiple concurrent projects, taking responsibility for successful delivery from initiation through to closure. You will work closely with technical teams, stakeholders and programme leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed scope.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of projects through the full lifecycle.
\n
• Management of project budgets, schedules and resources.
\n
• Ownership of risks, issues, dependencies and change control.
\n
• Stakeholder engagement and project governance.
\n
• Weekly Jira reporting and project updates.
\n
• Ensuring delivery against agreed milestones, costs and quality standards.
\n
• Coordinating technical teams and managing project dependencies.
\n

Essential Skills & Experience

\n
• Proven experience delivering projects of varying size and complexity.
\n
• Strong stakeholder, risk, scope and change management capabilities.
\n
• Experience managing project budgets and project schedules.
\n
• Resource and dependency management experience.
\n
• Strong commercial awareness.
\n
• Experience using Jira and project reporting tools.
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent project management qualification.
\n

Desirable

\n
• Experience within Defence, Government or other secure environments.
\n
• Knowledge of JSP604 governance processes, including SRR, LSRB, ORR, iATO and ATO.
\n
