Starting salary: £40,000 – progressing up to £50,000Location:Cambridgeshire – Centre/Field based (Must be flexible with travel) Benefits also include:\n

What do you need?\n

\n
• You must be qualified Electrician, holding a minimum of a Level 3 (Domestic.)
\n
• Must hold a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Electrician.
\n
• You must be confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
\n
• Must be IT literate.
\n
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
\n

Duties:\n

\n
• Deliver Electrical Installation/Maintenance Apprenticeships at Level 3, and relevant short courses, across practical and theoretical competencies.
\n
• Assist with the development and implementation of learning resources.
\n
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
\n
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
\n
• Supporting learners to ensure they are fully prepared for End Point Assessment.
\n
