\nAn established, multidisciplinary architectural practice is seeking an experienced Architect or Associate to lead and grow its Industrial & Logistics sector across one of its UK studios.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to take ownership of a growing sector, lead high-profile projects from inception through to completion, and play a key role in business development and team leadership. For the right individual, there is a clear pathway towards Associate Director.

Lead the delivery of Industrial & Logistics projects across all RIBA stages (0-6).

Act as Lead Designer on major commissions.
\n - \n
Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
\n - \n
Support business development and contribute to the continued growth of the sector.
\n - \n
Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.
\n - \n
Produce and review technical drawing packages and construction information.
\n - \n
Prepare and review NBS specifications.
\n - \n
Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and external consultants.
\n - \n
Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations, British Standards and planning requirements.
\n

ARB Registered Architect.
\n - \n
Proven experience delivering Industrial & Logistics projects.
\n - \n
Strong understanding of UK planning policy, Building Regulations and British Standards.
\n - \n
Experience leading projects through all RIBA work stages.
\n - \n
Ability to produce and review technical packages for tender and construction.
\n - \n
Experience writing and reviewing NBS specifications.
\n - \n
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
\n - \n
Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
\n - \n
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
\n - \n
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
\n - \n
Revit experience is advantageous, although training can be provided.
\n

Strong design capability.
\n - \n
Experience generating new business and maintaining client relationships.
\n - \n
Previous experience managing teams and mentoring architects and technicians.
\n - \n
Commercial awareness and an interest in contributing to the strategic growth of the practice.

£50,000-£75,000 salary depending on experience.
