A well-established and highly respected land-based education provider in South Cheshire is seeking a passionate Lecturer / Course Manager in Forestry & Arboriculture to join its dynamic Land and Environment department.
\nSet within a stunning rural campus spanning over 300 hectares of farms, parkland, lakes, and woodland, this is an exciting opportunity to inspire the next generation of land-based professionals in a unique and practical learning environment.
\nYou will play a key role in delivering engaging teaching and hands-on training, while supporting learners to develop the skills needed for careers in forestry, arboriculture, and related industries.
Key Responsibilities\n\n- \n
- Deliver high-quality teaching and practical training across forestry and arboriculture \n
- Assess learners using a range of methods in line with awarding body requirements \n
- Undertake course management duties including tutorials, pastoral care, and safeguarding \n
- Build strong relationships with employers to enhance recruitment and progression opportunities \n
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives \n

- Level 3 qualification (minimum) in Forestry, Arboriculture, or a related field \n
- Proven industry experience within a land-based environment \n
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) \n
- Strong communication, organisational, and planning skills \n
- Genuine passion for supporting learners and professional development \n
- \n
