\nThe Role
\nAs a Lecturer in Brickwork, you will:

- Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across Brickwork programmes. \n
- Teach learners at a variety of levels, including full-time study programmes, apprenticeships and adult learning courses. \n
- Plan and prepare engaging lessons that reflect current industry standards and best practice. \n
- Monitor learner progress, set SMART targets and provide effective feedback to support achievement. \n
What We're Looking For
\nWe welcome applications from candidates who have:
\nEssential
\n- \n
- A Level 3 qualification in Brickwork or a closely related construction discipline. \n
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent). \n
- Previous teaching, training or assessing experience within Further Education or Apprenticeships. \n
- Relevant industry experience within Brickwork and Construction. \n
- English and Maths qualifications at Level 2 or equivalent. \n
- The ability to inspire and motivate learners of varying abilities. \n
- Excellent communication, organisational and team-working skills. \n
All candidates who register with Reed Further Education will have 2 years’ referencing taken up and will be required to have a DBS check completed.
