\nWe're partnering with an innovative technology business that's rebuilding its cloud platform from the ground up using a modern AWS stack. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a clean, containerised environment, shape how it's operated, and play a key role in scaling a high-traffic platform as the business continues to grow.

\nWorking closely with engineering teams, you'll drive automation, improve deployment pipelines, strengthen observability and ensure the platform performs under high-volume, real-time workloads.
\nThis is a hands-on position with genuine ownership and plenty of opportunity to influence how the platform evolves.
What You'll Be Doing\n- \n
- Owning and operating a modern AWS cloud platform in production \n
- Managing containerised workloads using ECS Fargate \n
- Building and improving Infrastructure as Code using Terraform \n
- Maintaining and enhancing CI/CD pipelines with blue/green deployments and automated rollback \n
- Driving platform reliability, resilience and scalability \n
- Developing monitoring, alerting and observability across the environment \n
- Managing cloud costs and implementing best FinOps practices \n
- Participating in a small production on-call rota \n
- \n

You'll ideally have experience owning production cloud environments and enjoy taking responsibility for the stability and performance of critical platforms.
\nWe're particularly interested in engineers with experience across:
\n- \n
- AWS infrastructure and cloud-native services \n
- Container platforms (ECS/Fargate preferred) \n
- Terraform and Infrastructure as Code \n
- CI/CD automation \n
- High-availability production environments \n
- Monitoring and observability \n
- Cloud cost optimisation and governance \n
- \n
- Multi-region AWS environments \n
- Chaos Engineering or resilience testing \n
- Cloud security tooling and posture management \n
- \n
- Modern AWS platform with no legacy infrastructure \n
- No Kubernetes administration \n
- High level of ownership and technical autonomy \n
- Greenfield engineering environment \n
- Opportunity to influence platform strategy from an early stage \n
- Work alongside a highly technical engineering team \n
If you're looking for a role where you can take real ownership of a modern AWS platform and have a genuine impact on its future, we'd love to hear from you.
