\nWe're partnering with an ambitious and fast-growing consultancy that's looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Manager to join its expanding team.
\nThis is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on technical delivery with leadership and strategic influence. You'll lead a small team of analytics professionals while remaining actively involved in delivering data solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients.
\nWorking directly with senior stakeholders, you'll help organisations unlock the value of their data, shape analytics strategies, and deliver meaningful business insights that drive better decision-making.

\nWhat You'll Be Doing

- Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of Data & Analytics professionals \n
- Remain hands-on across analytics, reporting, and data transformation projects \n
- Use Python to automate processes, perform advanced analytics, and support data engineering initiatives \n
- Write and optimise SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets \n
- Design and deliver interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and Tableau \n
- Develop data preparation and automation workflows using Alteryx \n
- Partner directly with clients to understand business challenges and translate requirements into data-driven solutions \n
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery \n
- Present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences \n
- Contribute to the company's data strategy, helping shape new service offerings and best practices \n
- Drive continuous improvement across analytics processes, reporting standards, and data governance \n
- Support business development activities by contributing to client proposals and solution design where required \n
What We're Looking For
\n- \n
- Proven experience in a Data & Analytics Manager, Analytics Lead, BI Manager, or Senior Data Consultant role \n
- Experience using Python for analytics, automation, or data manipulation \n
- SQL experience \n
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau \n
- Commercial experience using Alteryx for data preparation and workflow automation \n
- Previous experience managing or mentoring a small analytics team \n
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with clients \n
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences \n
- A strategic mindset with the ability to align analytics initiatives to business objectives \n
- Experience delivering multiple projects within a consultancy or fast-paced commercial environment is highly desirable \n
