SEN Teachers & SEN Teaching Assistants Needed – Make a Real Difference
\nAre you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs? Reed Education is currently recruiting dedicated SEN Teachers and SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming and supportive schools.
\nWe are looking for individuals who are committed, resilient, and truly want to make a difference in pupils’ lives.
\nAbout the Role
\nYou’ll be working with pupils who may have a range of needs including:
\n- \n
- Autism (ASC) \n
- ADHD \n
- Speech and Language difficulties \n
- Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs \n
- Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties \n
Roles are available in specialist SEN settings, mainstream schools with SEN provisions, and resource bases.
\nWhat We’re Looking For
\n- \n
- SEN Teachers with relevant teaching qualifications (QTS/QTLS or equivalent) \n
- SEN Teaching Assistants with experience or a strong interest in SEN \n
- A patient, proactive and positive approach \n
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills \n
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs \n
