Your Responsibilities\n- \n
- Support children's learning and development through engaging, play-based activities \n
- Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment \n
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues \n
- Encourage children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing \n
- Assist with observations and children's learning journeys \n
- Promote positive behaviour and inclusive learning \n
- Follow safeguarding and welfare procedures at all times \n

- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable \n
- Unqualified candidates with previous experience working with children are encouraged to apply \n
- A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach \n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills \n
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework is an advantage but not essential \n
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development \n
