About the Role:

We are seeking three dedicated, high-quality, face-to-face private tutors to support a Year 11 student studying at Whitmore High School. She requires deep, subject-specific preparation for her GCSEs.We are looking for three separate subject specialists to cover.

• GCSE Physics (1 specialist tutor)

• GCSE Chemistry (1 specialist tutor)
\n
• GCSE Biology (1 specialist tutor)

Requirement

• Exam Board Expertise: Tutors must have extensive, proven experience with the OCR B (21st Century Science) specification. General science tutors will not be considered; we need experts who understand this specific board's case studies, data analysis demands, and exam techniques.

Location & Travel:

We are located in Harrow (HA2 0QG), very close to Whitmore High School. We prefer face-to-face, in-person tuition.

Tuition Venue: The preferred option is for the tutor to travel directly to our home location. Alternatively, we will consider the student travelling to the tutor if you are located in the immediate local area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored, 1-to-1 lessons focusing entirely on the OCR B 21st Century syllabus.

• Identify gaps in knowledge, simplify complex concepts, and build exam confidence.
\n
• Set relevant homework and utilise authentic OCR B past papers and marking schemes.
\n
• Provide constructive feedback to both the student and parents
