We are working with a MEP Subcontractor based in London who are on the lookout for a BIM Manager to join the team. This role would suit someone who has experience of working as a Senior or Lead MEP Coordinator and is looking to take the next step in their career.

This company work mainly on Commercial Projects with some residential thrown in as well. They tend to work on large projects with MEP Values over £.

You will join the existing BIM Team of 8 who work 3 days per week from their Central London office near Kings Cross. You will be managing this team day to day as well as liaising with the project teams from pre-con onwards.

To be considered for this role you will need to have the following skills and experience:

• 10 years of MEP Coordination

• 7 years using Revit
\n
• Experience with COBie Data
\n
• Stage 5 Coordination experience
\n
