\nWe're seeking dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistants to join a specialist school supporting children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and additional SEND requirements, including Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties.

\nThe Role
\nNo two days are the same. As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes.
\nYour responsibilities will include:

- Supporting teaching and learning across the school \n
- Working 1:1 and with small groups of pupils \n
- Supporting children with SEMH and additional SEND needs \n
- Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation \n
- Helping pupils develop social skills and confidence \n
- Managing classroom resources and learning environments \n
- Supporting educational visits and enrichment activities \n
- Encouraging engagement, independence, and personal development \n
- Creating engaging displays and learning materials \n
- Celebrating achievements and positive progress \n
- Participating in therapeutic training and reflective practice sessions \n
