\nPertemps Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join a professional facilities and maintenance team, working across a range of modern residential buildings in the B4 area of Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established and supportive environment, delivering essential maintenance and refurbishment works.\n

\nThe Role:\n
\n" Carry out painting and decorating duties including preparation, undercoating, glossing, and emulsion.\n
\n" Undertake planned maintenance and responsive repairs to ensure properties remain safe, welcoming, and well-presented.\n
\n" Maintain cleanliness and safety in all working areas.\n
\n" Provide excellent service to building residents, reporting any issues or follow-up requirements to your team leader.\n

\nWhat You Need:\n
\n" Proven experience as a painter and decorator, ideally in a residential or facilities setting.\n
\n" Ability to work independently and manage your workload.\n
\n" A strong eye for detail and pride in delivering high standards.\n
\n" Good communication and customer service skills.\n
\n" Must provide own paintbrushes and rollers.\n
\n
