We're recruiting on behalf of a prestigious luxury automotive showroom in Chiswick for a Showroom Host who will be the face of the business and deliver an exceptional customer experience from the moment visitors arrive.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and creating a five start first impression
\n
• Offering refreshments and looking after customer waiting areas
\n
• Answering and directing incoming calls
\n
• Supporting the showroom team with general administration
\n
• Helping maintain the presentation of the showroom
\n

About you

\n
• You'll be friendly, confident and enjoy delivering outstanding customer service.
\n
• You'll ideally have experience in:
\n
• Luxury retail
\n
• Hotels or hospitality
\n
• Airlines or travel
\n
• Customer service
\n
• Front of house or reception
\n

You'll also have:

\n
• Excellent communication skills
\n
• A positive, team-focused attitude
\n
• A professional and well-presented approach
\n
• The ability to commute easily to Chiswick for an 8:00am start
\n

A full UK driving licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
