MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN Location: Leeds Salary: £50,000 Shift: Days and NightsWe are recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established manufacturing business in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical maintenance professional to join a stable site where you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and availability of production machinery and site services.Job Role As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across a busy manufacturing environment. You will be working on a range of automated production machinery and electrical systems, diagnosing faults and ensuring equipment is maintained to a high standard.The role will involve electrical fault finding, planned preventative maintenance, breakdown response, continuous improvement and supporting the ongoing reliability of the site.Non-Negotiable Requirements for the Maintenance Electrician:Completed a recognised Electrical Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.Strong electrical maintenance experience within a manufacturing, industrial or automated environment.Experience with electrical fault finding and maintenance of industrial machinery.Comfortable working a days and nights shift pattern.Able to work independently and respond effectively to breakdowns.Requirements for the Maintenance Electrician:Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics.Experience with fault finding on industrial electrical systems.Good understanding of electrical control systems.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.Previous experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Desirable Requirements for the Maintenance Electrician:Experience working with PLC-controlled machinery.Knowledge of automation and control systems.Experience with continuous improvement and root cause analysis.Additional mechanical maintenance experience would be advantageous.This is an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Electrician to join a successful manufacturing business, offering a salary of £50,000, a days and nights shift pattern and the opportunity to work within a modern industrial environment.If you are interested please contact Joe McAuliffe at Pioneer Selection.Alternatively, if you know someone who may be interested in this role, we offer a referral scheme for successful recommendations.TPBN1_UKTJ
