Housing Officer – Contract Opportunity 🚨 📍 Midlands (Hybrid Working) 📅 6 Month Initial Contract 💰 Rate: Negotiable ⏳ Start: ASAP G2 are currently working with a local authority who is looking to appoint an experienced Housing Officer on an initial contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in housing management who enjoys working directly with residents and managing a varied patch. 🏠 Key Responsibilities: '05; Managing a portfolio of tenancies '05; Tenancy sign-ups, reviews and audits '05; Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) case management '05; Estate inspections and property visits '05; Supporting tenancy sustainment and resident wellbeing '05; Working closely with internal teams and external agencies '05; Ensuring compliance with housing legislation and policies 🎯 What we're looking for: '14; Previous experience as a Housing Officer, Neighbourhood Officer or Tenancy Officer '14; Strong knowledge of tenancy management and housing legislation '14; Experience managing ASB cases and resident-focused casework '14; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills '14; Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload 🌟 What's on offer? • Hybrid working arrangement • Flexible contract opportunity • Competitive negotiable rate • Potential for contract extension • Immediate interview availability If you're currently available or know someone who could be a great fit, please get in touch with Sam Howells
