We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Coffee Vending Engineer to join our clients growing team based in Edinburgh, providing installation, servicing and repair support across the Central Belt of Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business where you'll work independently, manage your own workload and provide exceptional service to a wide range of commercial customers. The Role As a Coffee Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for: * Servicing and repairing bean-to-cup coffee machines and vending equipment * Installing new coffee machines at customer sites * Diagnosing electrical, mechanical and plumbing faults * Carrying out preventative maintenance visits * Managing van stock and maintaining accurate service records * Delivering outstanding customer service on every visit * Working safely and professionally while representing the company What We're Looking For in a Coffee Field Service Engineer We're interested in engineers with experience in: * Coffee machines or vending equipment * White goods or domestic appliances * Catering equipment * Electrical or mechanical field service * Plumbing or gas engineering * Any customer-facing service engineering role You'll ideally have: * Excellent fault-finding skills * Good electrical and mechanical knowledge * Strong communication and customer service skills * A full UK driving licence * The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Apply Today If you're an experienced Service Engineer looking to join a supportive business with excellent training, a competitive salary and genuine career progression, we'd love to hear from you
