As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects at Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning while adapting to different school environments. Secondary Supply Teacher Benefits * Competitive daily rates (£150.00 – £240.00 per day, dependent on experience) * Weekly PAYE pay * Flexible work to fit around your lifestyle * Opportunities for day-to-day, short-term and long-term placements * Experience across a variety of local secondary schools * Access to professional development and CPD opportunities * Dedicated consultant support throughout your placement * £150 Refer a Friend Scheme (T&Cs apply) Secondary Supply Teacher Requirements * Experience teaching at Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) * Ability to confidently deliver lessons across a range of subjects, following school planning where provided * Strong classroom and behaviour management skills * A flexible, adaptable and positive approach to teaching * Excellent communication and organisational skills * A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply through Teachers UK The Successful Secondary Supply Teacher Will * Deliver engaging lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups * Follow lesson plans provided by the school or confidently manage general classroom cover * Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom environments * Maintain positive behaviour in line with school policies * Ensure pupils remain engaged, motivated and on task * Provide feedback to school staff on pupil progress and behaviour where required * Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and school staff Interested?
