Saw Cutter – Gloucester Temp to Perm | Monday to Friday | £13.50–£14.00 per hour We are currently recruiting for an experienced Saw Cutter to join a busy manufacturing team based in Gloucester. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering consistent hours and the chance to secure a permanent position with a growing company. Working Hours * Monday to Friday * 06:00 – 15:30 * 30-minute unpaid break * 45 paid hours per week Pay Rate * £13.50 – £14.00 per hour * Rate dependent on experience Duties Include * Operating a vertical saw to cut plastic sheet materials to specification * Measuring and preparing materials for cutting * Packing finished plastic sheets ready for dispatch * Carrying out quality checks on finished products * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment * Following production schedules and workplace procedures * Manual handling of materials as required, including occasional lifting The Ideal Candidate * Previous experience operating a vertical saw or working in a similar saw cutting role * Experience within a manufacturing or production environment * Good attention to detail and accuracy * Physically capable of carrying out manual handling duties and occasional lifting * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards of work What's on Offer? * Temp-to-perm opportunity * Stable Monday to Friday working pattern * Competitive hourly rate based on experience * Immediate start available for the right candidate If you have previous saw cutting experience and are looking for a long-term opportunity in Gloucester, we'd like to hear from you.
