We are looking for energetic and productive people who can build rapport with both staff and students. You must have good communication skills, patience and a desire to support and encourage every student to fulfil their full potential. The SEND Teaching Assistant post is ideal for any graduate who wants to support SEND pupils or somebody who is already experienced working with SEND children. Working as part of a team you will be supporting children across all primary year groups with all classroom activities. You could be classroom based or outside of the classroom and must have the confidence to lead intervention groups. Experience of working with children who have Autism or ADHD in any setting is desirable as well knowledge of various types of complex needs.
