Air Conditioning Engineer - Leicester (Mobile / Nationwide Cover) Up to £50,000 + Door-to-Door Travel Pay + Overtime + Full Package We're working with a highly respected, specialist HVAC contractor who are looking to bring in an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their high-performing mobile service team. This is a top-tier opportunity for an engineer who wants proper earning potential, strong support, and the chance to work across varied, technically interesting sites nationwide. You'll be out on the road representing a business known for quality, reliability, and long-term client relationships across critical environments. The role: As a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality service, maintenance, and reactive works across a wide portfolio of commercial and specialist sites. Service, maintenance and repair of AHUs, chillers, split and DX systems Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown response Fault finding, diagnostics and leak detection/repairs Working alongside electrical and BMS teams on integrated systems Ensuring full F-Gas compliance, documentation and accurate reporting Nationwide travel with occasional overnight stays Participation in an on-call rota for critical site support What you'll need: City & Guilds Level 2 F Gas and ODS Regulations (Category 1) (2079) Proven experience within commercial air conditioning service and maintenance Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and repair capability Full UK driving licence Healthcare/medical environment experience is advantageous but not essential The successful Air Conditioning Engineer will receive: Up to £50,000 basic salary (DOE) + Door-to-Door Travel Pay + Fully Equipped Company Van (air-conditioned & personal use) + Enhanced Overtime (1.5x Mon-Sat, 2x Sun & Bank Holidays) + Full Package If you're a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a properly rewarding mobile role with excellent earning potential, technical variety, and a company that backs its engineers, this is one of the stronger opportunities on the market. ?
