Site Manager Required – 5-Week Refurbishment Project Location: Edinburgh City Centre (5 minutes from Waverley Station) Start Date: Monday Duration: 5 Weeks We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 5-week refurbishment project in Edinburgh city centre, conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Waverley Station. Essential Requirements: * SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) * Valid First Aid at Work certificate * Valid CSCS Card * Proven experience managing refurbishment projects * Strong organisational and communication skills * Ability to manage subcontractors, maintain programme, and ensure health & safety compliance on site Responsibilities: * Day-to-day site management * Coordinating trades and subcontractors * Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard * Maintaining site records and health & safety documentation * Liaising with the project team and client as required If you have the required qualifications and refurbishment experience and are available to start Monday, we'd like to hear from you
