Senior Maintenance Landscaper Location: South of England (Base: Basingstoke area) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £38,000 – £44,000 per year (DOE) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Landscaper to lead small teams delivering high-quality grounds maintenance across multiple sites. This is a hands-on supervisory role involving both practical landscaping work and team coordination. Key Responsibilities * Lead and supervise small maintenance teams across sites * Carry out grass cutting, hedge cutting, pruning, strimming and weed control * Plan daily work schedules and travel between sites * Identify plant health issues and carry out general horticultural care * Complete digital reports and maintain site records * Ensure all work is carried out safely in line with RAMS * Maintain tools, equipment and vehicles * Liaise professionally with clients and site contacts Requirements * Minimum 4 years’ grounds maintenance experience * Ability to supervise and work within small teams * Strong horticultural knowledge * PA1/PA6A pesticide qualifications * Full UK driving licence * Ability to complete digital reporting accurately Desirable * CSCS card * First Aid at Work * Machinery or plant qualifications What We Offer * Competitive salary * Company vehicle and mobile phone * Pension scheme * Training and career progression Apply today with your CV
