Warehouse Operatives - Ambient & Freezer

Join A Leading Distribution Centre Proactive Global is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and well-established distribution centre in Bedford. We have opportunities across both Ambient and Freezer departments, with a range of shift patterns available. Whether you have previous warehouse experience or are looking for your next long-term opportunity, we’d love to hear from you. Available Departments Ambient Warehouse Freezer Warehouse Shift Patterns Morning Shift: 06:00 - 14:00 Night Shift: 22:00 - 06:00 5 days from 7, including weekends on a rota basis Duties Picking and packing customer orders Loading and unloading deliveries Stock replenishment Preparing orders for dispatch Working accurately to productivity targets Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Following all health and safety procedures What We’re Looking For Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential Reliable with a strong work ethic Good attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude For Freezer roles, you must be comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment What You’ll Receive Competitive hourly pay Shift premiums where applicable Ongoing, full-time work Full training provided Opportunity to secure a permanent position Support from the Proactive Global team throughout the process If you’re looking for a new opportunity and can start immediately, we’d love to hear from you.
