Chartered Building Surveyor Location: Leeds (Hybrid Working Available) Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits + Clear Route to Senior & Associate Are you an MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor looking for more than just your next job? With continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor who is eager to develop into a Senior Building Surveyor and, ultimately, Associate level. The Role Working across a diverse portfolio of projects, you'll be responsible for delivering a broad range of professional and project-led building surveying services. Typical responsibilities include: * Contract Administration on refurbishment, repair and maintenance projects. * Building surveys, defect diagnosis and building pathology. * Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) surveys and asset management advice. * Preparation of specifications, tender documentation and project reports. * Project management from inception through to completion. * Client relationship management and attendance at project meetings. * Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors as your career progresses. About You To be successful, you'll ideally have: * MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor status. * Experience within a consultancy environment. * A broad knowledge of professional and project building surveying services. * Strong technical and report-writing skills. * Excellent communication and client-facing abilities. * A proactive approach with ambitions to progress into senior leadership.
