The Ideal Candidate Will Have: '05; Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry. '05; Essential: Experience delivering care home projects from inception through to completion. '05; Strong project planning, programme management, and commercial awareness. '05; Excellent leadership and client management skills. '05; Experience managing multiple sites simultaneously. '05; Full UK Driving Licence. '05; Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid at Work certification.
