Trainee CNC Operator - Full Training Provided! Location: LS9, Leeds Pay: £12.71 per hour (rising after successful training period) Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm Contract: Temporary to Permanent Looking to start a career in engineering and manufacturing? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company in Leeds as a Trainee CNC Operator. No previous CNC experience is required - full training will be provided to the right candidate with a great attitude and willingness to learn. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong work history, due to the time and training which will be invested into the successful candidate an ideal background would be 3 years + in their previous role. What You'll Be Doing: Learning to operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently. Setting up and loading materials into machines. Monitoring production and carrying out quality checks. Reading basic engineering drawings and following work instructions. Maintaining a clean and organised work area. Working as part of a friendly and supportive production team. What We're Looking For: A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills. Excellent work history. Good attention to detail. Reliable, punctual and hardworking. Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
