Care Manager (Progressing Towards CQC Registered Manager) Company: Tezlom Healthcare Location: Hayes, UB3 Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent (with the potential to become a full-time role) Salary: Negotiable About Tezlom Tezlom Healthcare is a trusted provider of high-quality domiciliary care services, supporting people to live independently in the comfort of their own homes We are committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care and are seeking an experienced Care Manager to support and lead our growing domiciliary care service The Role We are looking for an organised, motivated and experienced Care Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our domiciliary care service This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding care, supporting staff and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance The successful candidate will be supported to progress towards becoming the CQC Registered Manager for the service As the service continues to grow, you will develop the knowledge, experience and leadership skills required to take on the Registered Manager role, with ongoing support from Tezlom Healthcare throughout your journey Key Responsibilities * Manage the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service * Promote compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation * Work towards becoming the CQC Registered Manager, with support from Tezlom Healthcare, while helping to ensure the service continues to meet all regulatory requirements * Lead, support and develop the care team to deliver exceptional person-centred care * Ensure care plans and risk assessments are accurate, regularly reviewed and tailored to individual needs * Recruit, supervise, mentor and support care staff * Monitor service quality through audits, spot checks and client feedback * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, local authorities and healthcare professionals * Support the growth of the service while maintaining high standards of care * Participate in the on-call rota where required Essential Requirements * Previous experience as a Care Manager, Registered Care Manager, Deputy Care Manager, or in a similar leadership role within domiciliary care * Good knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it) * Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills * Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle * Right to work in the UK * A genuine ambition and commitment to progress into the CQC Registered Manager role What We Offer * Competitive salary (negotiable depending on experience) * Part-time permanent role with the potential to become full-time * Full support and guidance to achieve CQC Registered Manager status * Excellent opportunities for career progression within Tezlom Healthcare * Supportive and friendly working environment * Company pension scheme * Annual leave entitlement Apply Now If you are an experienced Care Manager with a passion for delivering outstanding domiciliary care and are looking to take the next step in your career towards becoming a CQC Registered Manager, we would love to hear from you
