Multi-Skilled Shift Technician Location: City of London Salary: £53,000 + £1,500 AP Bonus Shift Pattern: Continental Shift (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am – Days & Nights) Join a Leading Building Services Team in the Heart of London We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Shift Technician to join a highly regarded engineering team at a prestigious commercial site in the City of London. Key responsibilities include: * Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance * Fault finding and repair across electrical and mechanical systems * Monitoring and operating critical plant and building management systems (BMS) * Responding to plant alarms and emergency situations * Carrying out statutory compliance checks and maintaining accurate records * Supporting specialist contractors and managing permits to work * Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety procedures and site standards What We're Looking For * Previous experience within commercial building maintenance or critical environments * Multi-skilled with a strong electrical or mechanical bias * Recognised engineering qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) * 18th Edition (desirable) * Experience working with HVAC, pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, electrical distribution and associated building services plant * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills * Good communication skills and a proactive approach to maintenance Apply Today If you're looking to join a professional engineering team offering excellent earning potential, long-term career development, and the opportunity to work at a prestigious City of London site, we'd love to hear from you.
