The Role You will advise clients on a broad range of company commercial matters, including: Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts Shareholder agreements and partnership agreements Terms and conditions of business Business sales and acquisitions Joint ventures and strategic partnerships Corporate restructuring Company formation and governance matters General commercial advisory work You will manage your own caseload while working closely with an experienced and supportive legal team. About You Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with: Solid experience handling Company Commercial matters Excellent drafting and negotiation skills Strong commercial awareness The ability to manage your own workload effectively Outstanding client care and communication skills A proactive and collaborative approach Business development experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
