Support Worker & Care Assistant – Agency Shifts North East England | Flexible Shifts | From £12.71 per Hour LEO Recruits is currently hiring experienced Support Workers and Care Assistants for ongoing agency opportunities across the North East of England, including: • Sunderland • Newcastle • Middlesbrough • County Durham • Gateshead • Midlands • Scotland • Wales • Various locations across the UK Job Details: • Role: Support Worker / Care Assistant • Job Type: Agency / Temporary Shift Work • Pay Rate: Starting from £12.71 per hour • Shift Pattern: Flexible shifts based on your availability About the Role: You will be supporting adults within residential, supported living, and community care environments. The service users may have: • Learning Disabilities • Autism • Mental Health Needs • Complex Behaviours • Supported Living Requirements Candidate Requirements: • Previous Support Worker or Care Assistant experience preferred • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Flexible to work day/night shifts • PMVA training preferred • Must have valid Right to Work in the UK Compliance Requirements: • Updated CV with full employment history from age 18 (without gaps) • Passport & Right to Work Documents * RTW Sharecode / E-Visa Sharecode / Previous BRP Code • Enhanced DBS Certificate with online update service • 2 Proofs of Address dated within the last 3 months • National Insurance Number Proof * Payslip / NI Letter / P45 / P60 / NI Card • Mandatory Healthcare Training Certificates • PMVA Training Certificate • Passport-style ID Photograph • Qualification Certificates (Diploma / Degree / Masters) • Two Professional / Character References covering the last 5 years For Sponsored Candidates: Please note sponsorship is currently not available.
