Graduate Building Surveyor

A growing multidisciplinary consultancy is looking to appoint a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their supportive Cardiff team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in Building Surveying, offering structured APC support and exposure to a wide range of work. What you’ll be doing: Supporting senior surveyors across a variety of projects and professional instructions Assisting with building surveys, condition reports, and defect analysis Getting involved in dilapidations, contract administration, and project monitoring Visiting sites and contributing to client reports Working across commercial, residential, and public sector projects Developing core technical skills in preparation for APC What we’re looking for: Degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited preferred) 1-2 years consultancy experience Strong interest in progressing towards MRICS status Good communication and willingness to learn Confident working both in the office and on site Full UK driving licence (or working towards obtaining one) What’s on offer: £28,000 – £33,000 starting salary Full APC training and structured support Hybrid working after probation Exposure to a wide variety of project work Clear progression pathway within a growing team For a confidential chat, contact Max Condie on (phone number removed) or apply directly
