Position Details * Role: Night Security Manager * Location: Bedford * Salary: £60,000 per year * Shift: Monday to Friday – Nights / 4 on 4 off * Duration: Ongoing, long-term employment * Start Date: Immediate start available Key Responsibilities * Oversee the night-to-night security operations of the site. * Manage and support the night security team to maintain high standards of performance. * Ensure compliance with all security procedures, policies, and regulations. * Conduct risk assessments and implement effective security measures. * Liaise with clients, site management, and external agencies when required. * Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports. * Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and assets.
