Production Operator

MTrec’s New Opportunity; * MTrec have a new opportunity for a prestigious firm based in Durham (DH7) area. The Jobs You’ll Do; * Operating and maintaining machinery * Basic machine setting * Uploading various programmes and artwork onto machinery * Monitoring machine performance and reporting any faults or issues are met * Full training to be provided * Following strict health and safety guidelines About You; * Previous experience in a production or embroidery environment (preferred but not essential – full training provided) * The ability to understand technical drawings * Must be able to complete dexterous tasks and have key eye for detail * Excellent attention to detail, with good problem-solving skills * Good organisation and planning skills * The ability to work alone or in a team * No experience needed, full training to be provided * Physically fit, should be prepared to be standing for long periods of time Rewards and Benefits on Offer; * Onsite parking * Good location, and opportunities to progress within the company * Temporary on-going contract * Opportunity to earn permanent contact after 12 weeks The Hours You’ll Work; * 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00 / 22:00 – 06:00 The Pay You’ll Receive; * £12.71 per hour after 12 weeks the salary will rise to £14.42 * Weekly pay * Overtime available * Opportunity to increase pay
