This position has opened due to a resignation.
The patient panel will consist of both inherited patients and new ones.
In Suite 116, there will be three family physicians, while Suite 101 will house three internal medicine physicians.
The clinic operates from 6:45 AM to 6:00 PM on Mondays and from 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM from Tuesday to Friday. Physicians are expected to complete 100 hours of extended hours annually, which can be scheduled before 8 AM, after 5 PM, or during the lunch hour from 12 PM to 1 PM.
Call responsibilities are managed through a nurse triage line, resolving approximately 85% of calls without needing the on-call physician.
Specialties available at this location include Cardiology, Pediatrics, OBGYN, Gastroenterology, Diabetic Education, Podiatry, Anticoagulation, Physical Therapy, Urgent Care, ACL Lab, Imaging, and Optometry.
On-site equipment includes a lab and x-ray facilities. Suite 101 is equipped with Clinteck and A1C machines, and labs are sent out daily for blood draws, cultures, and swabs.
Each physician has a private office and three exam rooms, with the capability to perform procedures.
Support staff includes a Medical Assistant for each physician and three shared Registered Nurses who assist with triage, Medicare wellness, anticoagulation, emergency response, and education for seven physicians.
The patient demographic is diverse, serving individuals from infancy to end-of-life, across all ethnicities, and accepting Commercial, Government, and Medicaid insurance.
