Compensation & Benefits

The expected base salary for this role ranges from $500,000 to $525,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, this position may qualify for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus, leading to a total target cash compensation between $525,000 and $650,000.
