\n Bilingual Production Lead Duties:\n

  • Set up the production line to run efficiently
    • \n
  • Oversee sanitation of equipment and work area throughout shift
    • \n
  • Train and mentor employees
    • \n
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and accuracy while participating in hands-on food preparation
    • \n
  • Ensure overall line performance and adherence to food safety standards
    • \n

\n Pay: $24\n

\n Shift: 6am start to (whenever the job is done)\n
\n

  • Weekend work required
    • \n
  • Mandatory daily overtime
    • \n

\n Bilingual Production Lead Requirements:\n
\n

  • Bilingual in English and Portuguese
    • \n
  • Must be able to follow detailed written directions in English and Portuguese
    • \n
  • At least 2 years of food production experience
    • \n
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience
    • \n
  • Comfortable working in cold environments (34–37°F)
    • \n
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds
    • \n
